This book was written by Sidney Korshak, an American lawyer practicing overseas. He discusses how new lawyers can obtain the experience they don't necessarily have and how others have successfully made their careers or worked overseas for a time. Especially interesting is the discussion concerning licensing (and the need for a bar license) in order to practice overseas. Given the state of the US legal job market for new grads, it might be worth a look.
